CONNECTING STRAVA
To connect your Strava account, go to your dashboard and click "Connect with Strava". You'll be redirected to Strava to authorize Strivelle to read your activity data. We only request access to read your activities — we never upload or modify your data.
Having trouble connecting?
- Make sure you approve all requested permissions (activity:read_all)
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting from your dashboard
- Clear your browser cache and try again
SYNCING ACTIVITIES & EARNING POINTS
After connecting Strava, click "Sync Strava Activity" on your dashboard. We fetch your recent runs and convert distance into points (e.g. 10 points per km). New activities are added automatically — already synced activities won't be duplicated.
Points not updating?
- Click the sync button to fetch your latest activities
- Ensure your Strava connection is still active (check for disconnect)
- If you see a token error, disconnect and reconnect Strava
PRIVACY & DATA
We use your Strava activity data only to calculate points and display your running history. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can disconnect Strava at any time from your dashboard.
